Rich is a seasoned entrepreneur, having successfully launched three businesses over the past
15 years. In 2023, he transitioned to full-time real estate after seven years as a Certified Home
Inspector, bringing a wealth of expertise to his clients. Rich thrives on guiding buyers through
the home-buying process, ensuring they find exactly what they’re looking for. As a Luxury
Agent, his background as a Home Inspector is invaluable, helping sellers anticipate what
buyers' inspectors will scrutinize. With a talent for negotiation and a strong network, Rich is
dedicated to achieving win-win outcomes for all parties involved.
Rich moved to Salt Lake City with his family in 2014, and has since made it his home. He has been happily married to his wife Ruth, who also serves as his co-agent, for 25 years. Together, they have raised five children and welcomed a son-in-law into their family, along with a large German Shepherd mix. In addition to his real estate career, Rich is the Scoutmaster of Troop 5 in East Millcreek and has a passion for mentoring youth. He enjoys camping, paddleboarding, hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.
